Valentina is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RTS).
I discovered yoga in 2009 while curiously trying to incorporate a way to keep active in a fun way. At that time, I was primarily focused on the physical aspects of it. Now through my own years of refinement, practice and education I believe yoga can be for everyone.
Leading a life that is comprised of stressful corporate litigation world, I tent to feel more and more of a pull toward the serenity I felt during my time on the mat. I learned to overcome my stress and make a change. I began to reap the mental benefits of yoga and this is when I decided to delve deeply into spiritual and philosophical studies of yoga and decided to study to teach and to share this gift that gave me both physical and mental strength through my most difficult moments. I discovered the true meaning of life through yoga. Yoga strengthened the most important relationship I had, the one with me. This new found love became a fertile ground for building solid relationships with my family, friends and the whole Universe. Yoga is about creating a space free from obstacles in your own mind and body so we can live fully, create freely and love unconditionally.
